Orders should be processed and delivered within 48 hours of receipt if the product is in stock. However, if stock is not available there may be a lead time for the delivery of the product and you will be informed of this.
It is advisable that somebody should be at the delivery address to receive the goods.

Orders will be processed and despatched within 48 hours, from the time that the order is placed. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed and despatched the following working day. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Please ensure that you are at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, if possible, give your business address.

Returns
30-Day 'No Quibble' Guarantee
Our 30-Day 'No Quibble' Guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, unused with all labels intact and attached to the product within 30 days of completing your order.
It is in our interest that you are extremely satisfied with your purchase but if, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return an item please email us at info@butterslip.com
We will send you out a returns form for completion with instructions regarding how to return the item(s) to us.
Important: You must follow our instructions in order to avail of the “30-Day 'No Quibble' Guarantee, otherwise we will not be in a position to refund you accordingly. We refund the cost of the product excluding the delivery cost and we do not charge any admin or re-stocking fee.
We will only refund the costs of your return postage in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Butterslip is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us, so for your own protection we recommend you use a signature required delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
