Deliveries anywhere in the Republic of Ireland are charged at a flat rate of €4.95 and are sent by Fastway Couriers.
Orders over €60 are shipped free within the Republic of Ireland.
Deliveries anywhere in the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of €15.00
Deliveries to mainland Europe are charged at a flat rate of €15.00.

We generally aim to pack up and send your order within 48 hours of receipt, this may be a little bit slower at busy times (November, December!). If for any reason stock is not available there may be a short lead time for the delivery of the product and we will email you asap to advise. Rest assured we will always work to get your parcel to you as fast as possible!
It is advisable that somebody should be at the delivery address to receive the goods - think about using a work adress or your mums house if you're not in!
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed and despatched the following working day. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
VAT, where relevant, is included in the displayed price.
There is no VAT on items such as childrens clothing or shoes. Grobags, Gro-Suits and Swaddles all qualify as VAT free products.

Our 30-Day 'No Quibble' Guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, unused with all labels intact and attached to the product within 30 days of completing your order.

Note: We will only refund the costs of your return postage in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Butterslip is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us, so for your own protection we recommend you use a signature required delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
